I have over 20 years' experience in commercial business, working mainly in the field of industrial and employee relations, and have worked for household names such as HSBC, Lloyd's of London, and Dyson, as well as a number of years in legal practice.

Since July 2020 I have been accredited by the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution to undertake commercial, employment and workplace mediation which I do alongside my role as an employee relations consultant, providing consultancy and training services to clients across a wide range of sectors including the charity, defence, medical, technology, and professional services sectors.

I am a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and have a post-graduate qualification in leadership and management from the University of Greenwich.

Alongside my work as a mediator and consultant I am a trustee of the National Association for Children of Alcoholics (Nacoa) and an active civil celebrant, and member of the teaching team at the International College of Professional Celebrants.

I'm a CEDR-accredited mediator and a no-nonsense accountability coach with a pragmatic, open, and client-driven approach. I help people think differently, gain clarity, and find their own solutions, enabling them to reach resolution and move forward with confidence. Clients often tell me that my questions help them see things in new ways and feel genuinely heard.

I work across a wide range of disputes, supporting individuals and organisations to navigate challenges and reach meaningful, lasting settlements.

Throughout my career in senior leadership roles within recruitment, operations, and assessment, I've been drawn to the conversations that matter: the honest ones, the difficult ones, and the ones that change outcomes. Mediation and coaching bring that passion into focus, allowing me to help others move through conflict toward resolution.

Alongside this, I work as a professional funeral celebrant, supporting families through some of life's most challenging moments. This work has deepened my empathy, resilience, and ability to hold space—qualities I bring to every mediation I facilitate.

My goal is to guide parties toward constructive dialogue and mutually beneficial solutions. At the heart of my practice is a belief that with the right questions, the right environment, and the right support, people are capable of reaching clear, constructive outcomes that enable them to move forward with clarity and confidence.
